Rossinavi’s Seawolf X Catamaran: Utilizing AI for Greener Cruising
The first Rossinavi hybrid-electric catamaran, powered by AI for a more sustainable navigation.
A Sporty Hybrid Catamaran
Artificial intelligence is redefining the recreational landscape. Rossinavi just launched what it says is its “most innovative project” to date.
Rossinavi is proud to announce the launch of their latest and most innovative project, M/Y Seawolf X. A unique vessel that combines attractive design with environmentally friendly solutions. The hybrid-electric catamaran’s exterior architecture is by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, while New York- based practice Meyer Davis Studio is responsible for the design of the interiors. This Rossinavi fleet yacht carries the BluE label, the shipyard’s new sustainable philosophy. The BluE concept is inspired by phytoplankton that harnesses sunlight to produce oxygen. Blue cruisers feature solar panels to capture clean energy and then store it in advanced batteries to power the engines and hotel load.

Rossinavi AI was designed in-house to improve guest comfort and to maximize the yacht’s green credentials by optimizing vessel operations by analyzing, learning from observation and predicting the needs of guests on board.
The state-of-the-art technology continuously dialogues with crew members and offers navigation options that use less emissions. Also, the AI software monitors the battery pack to keep it in a range of 20 to 80 percent, the ideal range for cruising long distance passages, as well as supervise and interact with the crew.
Inspired by the way in which phytoplankton harnesses sunlight for energy, the hybrid-electric Blue cruisers use solar panels to capture clean energy, store it in advanced batteries and power the engines and hotel load. Supplies enough energy to charge up an entire villa. Fast charging the ability to recharge at the shore power in only five hours.
The aluminum construction is lightweight and its aero/hydrodyamic profile is also designed for optimal fuel efficiency at sea.
